The other method of lock picking is known as racking. This types uses a rake which is inserted into the keyhole till it reaches the back of the cylinder. A tension wrench is also used to turn the cylinder.

The master locks are the most difficult ones to pick. Of course, they are the most effective for the owners and cannot be picked by anything and anyone. These master locks were invented by one Mr Henry Soref in the year 1921. It was made of solid steel. The locks use the same system as the other locks these is combined and the lock picker needs lots of skill and patience.

Lots of material is available on lock picking on the internet or books with illustrations are available for you to check and there are many videos showing how to step by step. These books are generally made for the locksmiths and show them the techniques either by illustrations or by video.
